By lightly placing the hands or finger-tips on specific areas of the body, Jin Shin Jyutsu aids stress reduction, strengthens the immune system, and benefits recovery from injury. Jin Shin Jyutsu provides a sense of general well-being and deep relaxation.

I offer a complimentary 20 minute telephone consultation to discuss how many coaching sessions would best serve your needs. Generally 4- 6 telephone sessions are recommended.
